Their professionalism is good, however… I left my MSI laptop in for repair, the display was separated from the plastic in a bottom corner. They needed to glue it back and they did but the glue they used isn’t near professional or durable, after bringing it home (and it was in the shop for 3 days for the glue to dry over the weekend), the bottom part of the display was coming off. The glue didn’t hold. I had also asked them to check the GPU fan and see if they can find a replacement part and so they did open up the entire laptop and changed the thermal paste, no luck to finding the part which is fine. After months had passed and I decided to open up the laptop, they’ve completely damaged some screws on the heat sync that covers the motherboard, rounded them/stripped down to the point of no return and damaged the heat sync paint/surface in the process.Maybe they’re good with PC units but not laptops, don’t recommend.

Took my HP laptop for repairs. Amazing service and customer support. Staff was exceedingly pleasant and professional. Would most certainly recommend them.

Panicked last night when my Dell workstation went down. I got in touch with System One and spoke with Adi (an extremely, patient, professional and resourceful technician despite his bad cold) who helped remotely resolve my BitLocker issue. I'm grateful for your help. Highly recommended 👌
